The start of the new year has already been positive for EMMS FMS with the signing of its first facility contract in the UAE at Escan Tower Dubai .The Escan Tower is a 60 story sky-scraper and a first of its kind, offering 20 commercial and 40 residential floors, as well as high end retail and dining facilities.
